The call for TROPIMUNDO 2022-2023 applications is now open, with no nationality restrictions (selection based on excellence criteria only).

The DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) is launching a call for scholarship applications at the University of Abomey-Calavi, International Chair in Mathematical Physics and Applications in Benin.

The EVAMAB research team is preparing a manual to address the assessment of ecosystem services in African Biosphere Reserves (BR). It intends to primarily reach the managers and administrators but also decision makers of African BR.

The publication, titled “Using self–organizing maps and machine learning models to assess mollusc community structure in relation to physicochemical variables in a West Africa river–estuary system”, is now available online.

An article was published in The Conversation about the EVAMAB project, explaining its creation, the biosphere reserves it covers, its outcomes and its participatory approach to accommodate the specific demands of each region.

The news site Matin Libre (Benin) has devoted an article to a UAC (Université d’Abomey-Calavi) project, in partnership with CEBioS.
